4. PURCHASE PROCESS

If the user detects an issue, they must report it by email at info@naos.cat, indicating the order number, the issue observed, and, where applicable, the information necessary to verify the incident.
Once the incident has been verified, the owner may choose, as appropriate, to replace the file, resolve the issue, or refund the amount paid.
9. PERMITTED USE OF THE FILES
The purchase of a digital product does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights over the work, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
The user acquires only a personal right of use over the purchased file. Resale, redistribution, transfer to third parties, unauthorized commercial exploitation, or any use other than that expressly permitted is prohibited without the owner’s prior written authorization.
10. LIABILITY
The owner shall not be liable for incidents arising from technical incompatibilities of the user’s equipment or software when these are not attributable to the digital product supplied itself, nor for delays or failures resulting from external causes or force majeure.
In any case, the owner’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the affected product, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
